A.R.Subramaniam is a practicing Chartered Accountant and Partner in Seshan, Subramaniam & Associates. His firm handles the entire gamut of activities from Business Process Outsourcing services and back office support, setting up Accounting Systems & Procedures, Audit & Taxation, to advise on FEMA and coordinating for RBI and FIPB approvals.
He was nominated as a Special Invitee in Meetings of the Board of Studies of the ICAI responsible for imparting theoretical education to Students of Chartered Accountancy across India for 2013-14.
He was a Member of the Censor Board for Film Certification, Mumbai and now Chairman of Shri Naadabrahmam, a reputed cultural organization, predominantly staging classical Carnatic music performances.
He is happily married to the very talented Usha, who is herself a singer. They reside at Thane, Maharashtra and have 2 daughters and a son, all of whom are independent and settled.
