N.S. Iyer is a Law Graduate and a Master of Labour Studies and was the General Manager-Human Resources at Asian Paints for almost 30 years, till 2015.
He is a Founder Director of ‘Help Build Lives”, an Associate Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation and is associated as Coach with “Global Action for Poverty”, and two NGOs – Akanksha and Sneha. He is on the Advisory Board of Neofusion Creative Foundation, Symbiotic Universalis and the Guru Nanak Institute of Management Studies.
He is a visiting faculty at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences since 2003 and is currently associated as Consultant and Advisor to Harris Brushes India Pvt Ltd, Mahindra Logistics Ltd and Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd. He is a well-published writer and conducts training and developmental interventions for several companies.
Happily married to Seema, he resides at Sion, Mumbai and has a son and a daughter who pursue their careers and interests.
