lorida He was preceded in death by his brother William Groves Mr Groves initially worshiped at the irst Baptist Church When the Central Baptist Church was conceptualized he was actively involved in bringing it to fruition becoming a Charter Member He taught Sunday School for forty years Afterwards he continued to be actively involved in participatory worship for the rest of his life always showing faith by his works Although quiet and reserved he was always willing to be called upon to get the job done After his health began to decline he accepted with Christian patience and quiet resignation his required curtailment of involvement However he continued with Bible reading study current event analysis and physical exercises as permitted He chose to wear out rather than rust out"
